• Invicta Farms cannot be held responsible for health issues caused by improper care or transport once the animal leaves our property.
• We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe the buyer is not equipped for responsible ownership.

All auction bids and purchases are final. Please ensure your information is correct before completing any transaction.

5. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through the methods listed on our site (e.g., card, PayPal, or approved alternatives). All payments must be received in full before pickup, shipment, or auction release. Failure to pay within the stated timeframe may result in cancellation and relisting of the item.

6. Shipping, Pickup & Returns

• Local pickup is available by appointment only.
• Shipping (if applicable) will follow USDA and postal live animal handling regulations.
• Due to the nature of live animal sales, no returns or refunds are accepted unless a mistake was made on our part.
• For merchandise (non-living items), returns may be accepted within 14 days if the product is unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Auctions and Bidding Policy

• Bidders must create an account before placing bids.
• Bidding is binding once submitted.
• If you win an auction, payment must be made within 48 hours unless stated otherwise.
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension or banning from future auctions.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule auctions at any time due to weather, system issues, or unforeseen farm circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site — including images, text, graphics, and logos — belongs to Invicta Farms unless otherwise credited.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Invicta Farms is not liable for:
